change_link解决NDM更新pin对应不上的问题

当ndm更新，导致hard macro pin数量对不上或者名字对不上，此时hard macro就无法参与create_placement或者place_opt，Error如下。

Error: The cell xx does not have any boundary.(DPUI-057)

此时需要用到chang_link命令。

举例: 一个hard macro的power pin名字从VDD变成VDDP

首先我们要把被删除的pin disconnect。

set cell xx

disconnect_net [get_nets -of [get_pins $cell/VDD]] $cell/VDD

然后用change_link更新。

change_link $cell [get_attribute [get_cells $cell] ref_name]
