As a project manager, my main responsibility is to develop and obtain approved project charter in the startup process group, analyze current key stakeholders in relation to the project plan in the planning process group, maximize team performance in the implementation process group, and communicate project status to stakeholders in the monitoring process group, archive project documents and materials in the closing process group.
The project has successfully participated in AWE and CES in 2018 and 2019 and won recognition from customers and leaders. I learned to better identify risk management.

PMP考前准备清单参考

考试清单记得打钩哦，然后就是提前一个小时到考场，考场人特别多、走路特别长。进入考场所有电子产品不许带入考场，并且需要关机，否者当作弊处理。
考试过程中，最好带一件外套，空调特别冷，一做就是4个小时起步，少喝水。开考40分钟之后并且距离考试结束大于30分钟可以提前交卷。
