RestClient操作文档

示例：

一.初始化JavaRestClient

（一）引入es的RestHighLevelClient依赖

（二）因为SpringBoot默认的ES版本是7.6.2，所以我们需要覆盖默认的ES版本:

	<elasticsearch.version>7.17.21</elasticsearch.version>
</properties>

（三）新建一个测试类，初始化JavaRestClient

二.添加酒店数据到文档

（一）数据库文件

运行测试类后：

四.根据id查询酒店数据

方式一：全量更新。先删除旧文档，再创建新的文档

方式二：局部更新。只更新部分字段
