Android 11使用TextToSpeech实现文字转换语音报错speak failed: not bound to TTS engine

如果出现speak failed: not bound to TTS engine并且是Android 11

在AndroidManifest.xml中加入

<queries>
    <intent>
       <action android:name="android.intent.action.TTS_SERVICE" />
    </intent>
</queries>
