- Windows 11 Optional Features install Virtual Machine Platform
- Change Country or region to United States (can change back after installed the WSA)
- Reboot
- Install Windows Subsystem for Android in Miscrosoft Store
- No need to login Amazon AppStore
- Download platform tools
  - https://dl.google.com/android/repository/platform-tools_r33.0.3-windows.zip
- Set path to the extracted platform tools
- Go to Windows Subsystem for Android Settings
- Enable Developer Mode and Optional Diagnostic data Enable viewing
- There will be an ip 127.0.0.1:58526 on Developer Mode page
- adb connect 127.0.0.1:58526
- adb install xxxx.apk
- adb disconnect
