一 在已知root用户名和密码的情况下

1.修改

C:\Windows\system32>mysql -uroot -p
Enter password: ********
Welcome to the MySQL monitor.  Commands end with ; or \g.
Your MySQL connection id is 15
Server version: 5.7.21 MySQL Community Server (GPL)

2.新密码登录
