编译运行tflite-micro hello word

我们在安装好的idle中打开evaluate.py，并run module

提示no matplotlib，

我们安装一下matplotlib

之后在运行module，提示no tflite_micro

这应该是我们没有安装tflite micro的缘故，也就是安装完成tensorflow 之后，还要安装tflite才行。

我们无法安装这个runtime的运行支持包。

也就是说window已经不支持了。
这个时候我们可以考虑docker也就是容器，

在tensorflow安装一集中我们有看到docker

这个docker是已经配置好的，所以应该可以直接用。
