为什么使用RedisDesktopManager可以连上redis，微服务似乎无法访问redis

通过测试并观察，RedisDesktopManager虽然可以连上redis，但偶尔会很慢很慢（20秒左右）才能连上，那会不会是微服务的超时时间太短导致连不上呢？
改了服务的配置，没有任何效果。
