关于展会跟进的那些事

广交会刚刚完毕，我身边就有朋友说最近赴美国参展了，不知道去那边参展的朋友们会况如何？

其实无论是参加哪个展会，如果能让客户在展会上直接敲定是最好的。只是现在能在现场确认订单的客户不多，所以会后的跟进就尤为重要。

及时跟进能体现你的专业，也能更拉近你与客户之间的距离，为后期的成交做好充足的铺垫，毕竟展会上参展商很多，这是一个快吃慢的时代，你不抓紧，他们就可能成为别人的客户了。

只要是当天接待过或者收集到的名片，都要尽量在当天回复。这里不同的客户要有不同的回复，比如聊的很深入的，当然是重点跟进的，因为这是非常有意向的，我们可以这样给客户去一封邮件。

Hope you have wonderful day.

This is xxx from xxx, we met today in the xxx fair, and have communicated at xxx.

Kindly check the quotation for the items you inquired this afternoon.

All our products are strictly produced according to CE/FDA regulation.

By the way, from your website we found your stores are all located in xxx(area). our another USA customer xxx(brand) placed a big order for xxx(节日). we will show you the photos with quote later for evaluation.

Looking for further discussion, samples could be sent on request.

其次，就是潜在客户，停留的时间不算长，但明显表现出兴趣的客户，你可以这样写一封邮件给他，如果有WhatsApp和其他的聊天工具，也可以在上面给他留言。

This is xxx from xxx, we noticed that you had interest in our products at xxx fair several days before.

Thanks for your attention! our product catalog is attached below, you could have a look and find out more details about our capabilities.

Also customized service is available from our company, please feel free to inform us if needed.

We will start to work once receive your reply.

最后就是那些只收集了联系方式，或者是名片的客户，大家可以根据自己行业的不同进行及时跟进。

Please contact us freely as a good friend if you are interested in our products.
