文献综述应该清楚地表明作者对研究领域有很好的了解。 文献综述通常在介绍部分占据一两段。 一篇写得很好的文献综述应该对与当前研究领域相关的先前研究进行批判性评价，而不是对先前工作的简单总结。 作者不应该回避指出以前作品的缺点。 但是，在没有任何依据的情况下批评他人的工作会削弱您的论文。 这是提出您的研究问题并证明进行此类研究的必要性的理想场所。
