3.位置度(Position)
位置度的被测要素有点、直线和平面,基准要素主要有直线和平面。给定位置度的被测要素相对于基准要素必须保持图样给定的正确位置关系,被测要素相对于基准要素的正确位置关系应由基准要素和理论正确尺寸来确定。
位置度(Position)用来定义一个FOS在基准系的位置,它以真实位置(Trueposition)为中心,定义一个公差带,被控制形体的轴心线或中心面,必须在公差带内真实位置(Trueposition)是由基本尺寸标注的FOS,在基准系的理论精确(theoreticalexact)位置。
4.轮廊度(Profile)
轮廓度(Profile)是一个零件形体在指定平面的外形轮廊。
一个真实轮廊(TrueProfile)是由基本尺寸标注的精确零件形体轮。
轮廊度是沿着真实轮廊均匀分布的几何公差,所有表面元素必须在公差带内。一个轮廊度必须应用到真实轮廊。轮廊度不带基准控制尺寸和形状,轮廊度带基准控制尺寸、形状、位置、方向。
综上所述,无论位置度评价,轮廊度评价,基准和被测元素理论值(名义值),都需要保持相对不变

如何在公差评价前,自动重新定义理论值呢?
对于RationalDMIS软件,最好用DMIS语句控制程序,不建议用界面控制。
