    在布局中添加一个按钮,点击后先判断是否获取悬浮窗权限,如果没有则跳转到系统设置页,让用户手动去打开悬浮窗权限。如果已经获取,则弹出Notification弹框。这个代码遗留了如下问题:

    1. 打开权限回到app当中,不知道为什么不执行onRequestPermissionsResult方法,我这里用onActivityResult来代替;
    2. 系统的ContextCompat.checkSelfPermission判断是否获取相应权限方法似乎对悬浮窗权限无效,最后只能用自己写的checkFloatPermission方法;
    3. 悬浮弹框似乎只有在首次安装时才会弹出,后续都不会弹,目前不知道具体原因;
