PowerShell：在代理服务器后面使用 PowerShell

1、技术说明：

1）如果您的计算机位于代理服务器后面的公司网络上，默认情况下您将无法从 PowerShell CLI 访问外部 Web 资源。

   - 不能使用命令 Invoke-WebRequest 获取外部 Web 网页的内容。

   - 不能使用命令 Update-Help 获得帮助更新。

   - 不能使用命令连接到 Azure/Microsoft 365。

   - 不能从 PSGallery 安装 PowerShell Module 或 RSAT Capability。

   - 不能从外部 Package Repository 下载 Application Package。

2）当使用 Update-Help 更新帮助时，出现以下错误信息：

   Update-help : ...... Unable to connect to Help content. The server on which Help content is stored might not be available. Verify that the server is available, or wait until the server is back online, and then try the command again.
