vue列表渲染没有生效

1.refresh+list出现滑动冲突，检查是不是都用了 overflow: scroll，给refresh去掉，单独list使用即可

2.加载列表项目渲染失效，发现同时使用了scss和style

后面去掉在scss声明，都统一在vue里面声明style之后就不会了。
