jQuery实现简易购物车

购物车中的商品列表如下：

需求如下：

（1）实现如图所示商品列表

（2）单击’移出’按钮可用删除商品

（3）单击’全选’按钮选中所有商品

（4）根据用户的选择，统计购物车中的商品总价
